Application purpose

Construction points

1. The water-to-material ratio is 0.26-0.28, which can be adjusted according to the different parts of the grouting material.

2. First, add 80%-90% of the actual mixing water to the mixer, start the mixer, and evenly add all the grouting materials, stirring while adding. After all the powder materials are added, stir quickly for 3MIN, add the remaining 10%-20% of the mixing water, and continue stirring for 2MIN.

3. The duration of the grouting material from stirring to pressing into the hole depends on the temperature, generally within the range of 30min-1h.

4. The grouting material should be stirred continuously before use and during the injection process to maintain the uniformity and fluidity of the slurry.

5. The grouting material should use a piston pressure pump or a vacuum pump, and the pressure should be greater than 0.7MPA.

6. The slurry temperature should be kept between 5C~30℃ during grouting, otherwise measures should be taken to meet the conditions.

Precautions

1. The mixer speed should not be less than 1000r/min.

2. Cement slurry with reduced fluidity due to delayed application should not be increased by adding water.

3. During construction, under high temperature conditions, a lower temperature time should be selected, such as nighttime construction; under low temperature conditions, construction should be carried out according to winter construction standards.

Packaging and storage

1. Double-layer composite bag packaging, net weight 25KG/bag, shelf life is 6 months, and overdue use should be tested and verified before use.

2. Avoid direct sunlight, pay attention to moisture and packaging damage, and store on a pallet off the ground in a dry and ventilated room.
