High-strength non-shrink grout is a specialized dry-mix mortar formulated with high-strength cement as the base material, blended with selected aggregates, expansive agents, water-reducing agents, polymers, and other additives. It features ultra-high strength, slight expansion, self-leveling properties, and rapid early strength development. This material is widely used in equipment foundation grouting, steel column base anchoring, and concrete structure reinforcement projects.
Usage
1. Substrate Preparation
Remove oil stains and loose dust from the substrate. Roughen concrete surfaces and moisten them (no standing water).
Seal bolt holes and gaps in advance to prevent grout leakage.
2. Material Preparation
Water-cement ratio: Typically 12%–14% (adjust per product instructions).
Mixing: Use mechanical mixing (recommended) for ≥2 minutes until uniform and free of lumps.
Let stand for 1–2 minutes to eliminate air bubbles, then remix for 30 seconds.
3. Grouting Application
3.1 Pouring Methods:
Gravity Pour: Directly pour from one side, relying on flowability for filling.
Elevated Funnel Method: Used for deep holes or large-area grouting.
Pump Method: Suitable for large-scale projects (requires pumpable grout).
3.2 Curing:
Cover with plastic sheeting within 2 hours after grouting to retain moisture. Avoid vibration or loading for 24 hours.
Wet curing for ≥3 days at ambient temperature; extend to 7 days in low-temperature environments.
Precautions
1. Environmental Requirements:
Construction temperature: 5°C to 35°C. Below 5°C, use low-temperature grout and implement thermal insulation curing.
Avoid direct sunlight during high temperatures (>30°C) to prevent excessive moisture evaporation.
2. Material Management:
Use all contents immediately after opening. Do not mix with cement or other admixtures.
Do not reuse uncured waste material.
3. Safety Precautions:
Wear gloves and safety goggles during application to avoid direct skin contact.
1. High Bond Strength:
Compressive strength ≥20MPa at 1 day, ≥60MPa at 28 days (can reach over 100MPa).
2. Non-Shrinkage with Micro-Expansion:
Expansion rate ≥0.02% ensures dense grout layers, preventing voids and cracks.
3. Self-Leveling Performance:
Excellent flowability (initial flow ≥300mm) automatically fills complex voids without vibration.
4. Rapid Setting & Early Strength:
Initial setting within 2-4 hours, load-bearing after 24 hours, accelerating project timelines.
5. Superior Durability:
Resistant to freeze-thaw cycles (F50), water penetration (P8), and corrosion (sulfate attack).
6. Easy Application:
Ready for use after on-site mixing with water, suitable for pumped or manual placement.
