HYPERGROUT C60 – High Strength, Non-Shrink, Self-Leveling Cementitious Grout

Description:

HYPERGROUT C60 is a ready-to-use, polymer-modified self-leveling non-shrink grouting mortar with high initial and final strengths. It is pre-mixed with selectively graded materials to result in a dense homogeneous mix.

Application Information:

Mixing Ratio: HYPERGROUT C60 : Water = 1 : 0.15 (parts by weight) Approximately 3.75 litres of clean water per 25kg bag

Yield: 1 bag yields approximately 13.10 litres of mortar. Approximately 77 bags required for 1 m3 of mortar

Layer Thickness:

• Minimum: 10 mm
• Maximum: 100 mm. For thickness greater than 100mm, apply in multiple layers.

Substrate Temperature: 10 ÷ 40 oC

Application Instructions:

Surface Preparation:

• Remove loose and deteriorated materials using a high-pressure washer or mechanical wire brushing.
• Remove efflorescence, mold, mildew, dust, dirt, laitance, and standing water before pouring application.
• Absorbent surfaces should be saturated with water thoroughly, but no standing water.

Mixing:

• HYPERGROUT C60 should be added to pre-gauged water to suit the desired consistency. Mix mechanically for about at least 3 minutes.

Application:

• Pour mortar immediately after mixing from one side to allow air displacement.

Curing:

• Keep the visible, free mortar surface as small as possible and protect it from premature drying out by standard curing practice.

Cleaning: Clean all tools and equipment promptly with clean water.

Packaging: 25kg bag

Shelf Life: For a minimum of 12 months after the date of manufacture in its original unopened bag in a cool and dry place.

Storage: Store in a dry, cool place.
